1 General

 

1.1 How can I apply for the workshop?

You automatically apply for the workshop by buying a general ticket.

 

1.2 When will the classes start?

One workshop day consists of two dance lessons. In the first lesson you will learn the dance to BTS – Serendipity, in the second lesson you will learn the dance to Kelis – Bossy. There is a difference between the schedules for Frankfurt and Budapest!

 

Frankfurt:

Class 1 - Serendipity              (10:30AM - 12:30PM)

Class 2 - Bossy                      (2:30PM - 4:30PM)

 

Budapest:

Class 1 - Serendipity              (10:00AM - 12:00PM)

Class 2 - Bossy                      (1:30PM - 3:30PM)

 

One standard ticket allows you to participate in one of those classes.

 

 

1.3 When will the VIP sessions start?

There will be a VIP session for every class, before the actual class starts! The time schedule for this is as follows:

 

Frankfurt:

Serendipity                 9:30AM – 10:30AM

Bossy                          1:30PM – 2:30PM

 

Budapest:

Serendipity                 9:00AM – 10:00AM

Bossy                          12:30PM – 1:30PM

 

 

1.4 When do I have to arrive?

Depending on which lessons you chose to apply for, you either start at 10:30AM (Frankfurt)/10:00AM (Budapest) or 4PM (Frankfurt)/1:30PM (Budapest).

In case you bought an additional VIP Ticket, the VIP session will start one hour earlier (please check 1.3 for the times). Please make sure to arrive about 15 minutes earlier to have enough time for changing clothes and to get ready.

 

1.5 What do I have to bring with me?

In case you aren’t already wearing your sport outfit, please bring them along and make sure to have sports shoes/gym shoes with you.

 

1.6 Is there an age restriction?

The workshops will be open for dancers from the age of 14 years.

 

1.7 I’m a beginner, can I still participate?
The workshops are for all training levels, beginners as well as dancers at an advanced stage are absolutely welcomed to take part.

 

1.7 Which languages will the lessons be in?

The workshops will be mostly in English. But don’t worry about possible communication issues, every city will have staff member on site to help with questions or to provide translations.

2 Ticket informations

 

2.1 I bought a VIP ticket, what is included and how will it be scheduled?

With this ticket you will get access to the Question & Answer session before the actual class. It also includes a group picture with Jesung and a maximum of 5 Persons. The picutres will be taken after the Q&A but of course before the actual workshop starts, when everyone is not yet exhausted from dancing.

 

2.2 How is the procedure of the Polaroid Ticket?

Before the workshop starts we will check your tickets and collect all the Polaroid Ticket holders. The ticket holders will get to pose with Jesung on a picture. One of our staff members will take the pictures and give it to you directly after. Please check how the polaroid turned out by yourself – reasons for a retake are: Too bright, too dark, blurry picture.

 

2.3 I bought a Café Event Ticket, what do I have to expect?

The Café Event Ticket allows you to experience a Café Date with Jesung! Only 7 tickets are sold each city, so the groups are small and everyone will get the chance to speak with him as well as enjoying a cup of coffee and a good time.

Included in this ticket categories are of course the price for the drinks and snacks, but also some merchandise products for each participant.

 

Please keep in mind that we can’t announce the address for the Café too early and we can not do it publicly! We want to ensure a private atmosphere for all those who particpate.

3 Ticket sale

 

3.1 When can I buy the tickets?

The ticket sale will start on Thursday 31st of January 2019 at 6PM (MESZ).

 

3.2 Where can I buy tickets?

The tickets will be on sale in the online shop on the Asia Unit homepage. The tickets will be enabled only at 6PM.

 

3.3 Which payment methods are offered?

The accepted payment options are bank transfer or PayPal.

(Please consider that the money should arrive on our bank account within 3 days. Alternatively you can send us a confirmation to ensure you already initiated the transfer! In case we neither receive the money nor a confirmation within 3 days, your order will be cancelled.)

 

3.4 Where can I find price informations?

All ticket and merchandise prices were published on our social media sites and can be looked up by you any time.

3.5 How will I get my ticket after payment?

Please print the payment confirmation and bring it to the workshop! There will be no tickets of any sort so the payment confirmation of your order is your entry ticket that we need to check!

4 Merchandise & Specials

 

4.1 How can I buy Merchandise?

Merchandise informations will be added soon!!

 

4.2 Can we bring presents?

Of course you can bring presents, as long as they are not too big, heavy or bulky/voluminous. In case of food presents please just bring original packaged goods only.
